A New Approach to Design Education
The B.Des. and M.Des. programs at Centre for Design Studies, Sri Aurobindo Institute of Technology, Indore have been specifically formulated to address the design needs of tomorrow. Conventional design education programs can no longer produce designers whose design abilities will continue to be of value in times to come. This requires a completely new approach to design, being pioneered at CDS with the help of the world’s leading design educators and eminent design professionals.
The practice of all design disciplines is undergoing a major change. The specializations being offered at CDS aim to prepare designers with originality, digital creativity and the necessary professional competence to ensure that they will always stay ahead to meet the challenges of tomorrow. Not just the new curriculum, but also the entire supporting infrastructure and facilities are being put in place after a great deal of deliberations by some of the best design educators of our time. Welcome to CDS -Design Education for the Future!
